2. These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Bido TV and govern your access to and use of the Service. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.

By placing an order, activating a subscription or streaming any content, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

To enter into these Terms and use the Service you must:

  • be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence if that is higher;
  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • be located in a country where the Service may lawfully be made available to you; and
  • use the Service for private, domestic purposes only.

If we reasonably believe that you do not meet these requirements, we may suspend or end your subscription. Where you order on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that they accept these Terms.

4. The Service

Bido TV provides subscription access to a curated library of television channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet. The Service is an access service only: we do not sell, transfer or assign any ownership of the content you watch.

Content is assembled from third-party broadcasters, rights holders and suppliers. Channel line-ups, on-demand catalogues, picture quality and available languages are therefore set by those third parties and can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, programme, sporting event or film will be available at any given time.

You need a compatible device and a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps for standard definition and 25 Mbps for high definition. Your internet service provider’s terms and any data charges remain your responsibility.

5. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate contact details and keep them up to date.
  • Your login credentials are personal to you. Do not share, publish or resell them, and do not allow anyone outside your household to use them.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out using your credentials. Tell us immediately at email@iptvuk.click if you believe they have been compromised.
  • We may reset credentials or ask for additional verification where we detect unusual access patterns.

6. Plans, pricing and payment

Plans, their duration, the number of simultaneous streams and the price are shown on our website at the time of ordering. Prices are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout.

TopicHow it works
BillingPlans are prepaid for the period you select. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
RenewalUnless your plan states that it renews automatically, access ends at the close of the paid period and no further charge is taken.
Price changesWe may change prices for future periods. A change is shown before you renew and never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
Failed paymentIf a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend access until the amount is settled.

You are responsible for any bank, card, currency conversion or payment-provider fees charged by your own provider.

7. Activation and delivery

Access is delivered digitally. We aim to activate new subscriptions and renewals within a few minutes of a confirmed payment, and in any event within 24 hours. Activation details are sent to the email address you provide and are also available through our support channels.

Because delivery is immediate and digital, no physical goods are supplied and the Service is not shipped. If activation has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us at email@iptvuk.click and we will resolve it or refund you in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Your licence

Subject to these Terms and to payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Service for private, domestic, non-commercial purposes within a single household.

You must not:

  • copy, record, download, store, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly perform any part of the Service;
  • resell, sublicense, rent, share or otherwise make the Service available to anyone outside your household;
  • circumvent, remove or interfere with any digital rights management, encryption, watermark or access control;
  • use the Service in a commercial premises, club, bar, hotel or any public or semi-public setting; or
  • use automated means to scrape, index or extract content or metadata.

A breach of this section is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
  • to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
  • to transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access to, probe or overload our systems or those of our suppliers;
  • in a way that interferes with other subscribers’ use of the Service; or
  • to access content from a territory where it is not licensed for distribution.

You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the Service is lawful in the country where you are located. We may suspend access where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Service is being used unlawfully.

10. Fair use and device limits

ItemAllowance
HouseholdsOne subscription covers one household only.
Simultaneous streamsThe number stated in your plan; one stream by default.
Registered devicesThe number stated in your plan. Devices may be changed, subject to fair-use limits.
Excessive useWe may ask you to reduce usage where it materially affects service quality for others.

We monitor for credential sharing and restreaming. Where we detect use across multiple households, we may suspend the subscription and ask you to confirm your details before access is restored.

11. Availability and maintenance

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access. Availability can be affected by scheduled maintenance, urgent security work, third-party supplier outages, your equipment, your network or your internet service provider.

We aim to give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practicable. Where an outage is caused by something within our control and lasts for more than 72 continuous hours, you may request a pro-rata extension or a refund for the affected period.

12. Changes to the Service and channel line-up

We may add, remove, replace or reorganise channels, categories and on-demand titles, and we may change features, interfaces and technical requirements, where this is necessary for legal, licensing, security or operational reasons or to improve the Service.

Channel and catalogue changes are a normal part of the Service and do not by themselves entitle you to a refund. If we make a material reduction to the core content of your plan, we will tell you and, where the change significantly reduces the value of what you paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

13. Cancellation and refunds

You may stop using the Service at any time. Because the Service is prepaid, cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the period already paid.

Your 14-day right to cancel (digital content). If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to cancel without giving a reason. The Service is digital content supplied immediately. By placing an order and starting to stream, you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once streaming begins. If you have not started streaming, you may cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.

Our 7-day money-back guarantee. Separately from your statutory rights, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. To qualify you must contact us within 7 days of activation, describe the fault, and allow us a reasonable opportunity to fix it. If we cannot resolve a genuine technical fault that prevents you from using the Service, we will refund the amount you paid. The guarantee does not cover a change of mind, an unsupported device, an inadequate internet connection, or a request made after 7 days.

SituationOutcome
Activation not delivered within 24 hoursFull refund, or activation completed
Genuine fault reported within 7 days and unresolved by usFull refund of the amount paid
Cancellation within 14 days, no streaming startedFull refund
Cancellation after streaming has startedNo refund of the current period; access continues to the end of it
Change of mind after 7 daysNo refund

Full details, including how to request a refund and how long it takes, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at email@iptvuk.click. We will investigate and respond promptly. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in access being suspended while the dispute is open. If a chargeback is upheld after you have received the Service, we may recover the disputed amount and any associated fees.

15. Intellectual property

All content made available through the Service, and all software, branding, text and design used to deliver it, is owned by us or licensed to us by third parties and is protected by copyright, trade mark and related laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law. The Bido TV name and logo are our trade marks; nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use them.

16. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party networks, software, payment providers and content suppliers. It may also link to third-party websites or applications that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error, or that any particular content will be available.
  • We are not liable for loss caused by your equipment, software, network or internet service provider, or by any third-party service outside our reasonable control.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations reflect the fact that the Service is a low-cost consumer subscription and that we do not have visibility of, or control over, your individual circumstances or the use to which you put the Service.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of the rights of any third party. This does not apply to the extent that the claim results from our own negligence or breach.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if:

  • you materially breach these Terms, including the licence and acceptable use sections;
  • we are required to do so by law, a regulator or a rights holder;
  • a payment is reversed, declined or subject to an unresolved dispute; or
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, credential sharing or restreaming.

Where we suspend or terminate for a reason within your control, you are not entitled to a refund of fees already paid. Where we terminate for a reason within our control and not caused by your breach, we will refund the pro-rata value of the unused period.

You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use the Service and asking us to close your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law, will continue to apply.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, the Service or our practices. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.

Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give reasonable notice by email or through the Service before it takes effect. If you do not agree to the change, you may stop using the Service; continuing to use it after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these Terms affects your right to rely on those provisions. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live (England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland).

22. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at email@iptvuk.click with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and to resolve them within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently obliged to participate in ADR, but we will tell you in our response whether we are willing to do so.

23. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us in relation to the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, we do not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor operator of the Service.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network or supplier failures, power outages, cyber-attacks or acts of government.
  • Third-party rights. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
