What this service is, what it is not, and the limits of what we can promise — so that you know exactly what you are buying before you subscribe.

1. What this page covers
This page explains the limits of the information published on iptvuk.click and of the service we supply. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, which contain the contract between us, and the rest of our legal policies in the Legal Centre.
Where this page and the Terms & Conditions differ, the Terms & Conditions take priority, because that is the document you accept when you subscribe.
2. What the service is
Bido TV is a subscription service. We assemble a playlist and an electronic programme guide, and we provide the technical means to reach television streams that are transmitted by third parties. We are not a broadcaster, a channel owner or a producer of the programming you watch.
We sell access, setup and support. We do not sell, licence or claim ownership of the programmes themselves, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that we do.
3. General information only
Everything published here — plan descriptions, channel counts, guides, setup articles and answers to common questions — is provided for general information. It is written in good faith and kept as accurate as we can make it, but it is not a statement of fact that you should rely on for a decision involving money without checking it yourself.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, medical, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from someone qualified in that field.
4. Channel availability and line-up
Channel line-ups change. Broadcasters launch, rename, merge and withdraw channels; rights deals expire; feeds move between providers. We update our list when we can, but the channel list on this site shows what is normally available rather than a guaranteed inventory.
We do not promise that any particular channel, programme, competition or event will be available at any particular time. Section 12 of our Terms & Conditions explains how line-up changes are handled, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out what you can ask for if a channel you subscribed for disappears and cannot be restored.
5. We do not control third-party broadcasts
| What we do | What we do not do |
|---|---|
| Provide the playlist, guide, player setup and support | Produce, encode, host or originate the channels |
| Keep the service running and answer support requests | Control what a broadcaster transmits, schedules or withdraws |
| Pass a fault report to the feed provider and chase it | Guarantee that a third-party stream is uninterrupted, correctly rated or free of advertising |
| Remove a listing when we receive a valid rights complaint | Own or licence the copyright in the programmes |
Because the streams originate elsewhere, faults on them are outside our direct control. We will investigate, report the fault and, where we can, point you to an alternative feed — but we cannot repair a broadcast we do not operate.
6. Picture quality and performance
Quality depends on things we do not control: the stability of your internet connection, your router and Wi-Fi, the processor and memory of your device, the time of day, and the capacity of the upstream feed.
We describe plans by the quality they are designed for, not by a bitrate guaranteed on your line. If you cannot reach the quality you expected, contact support before assuming a fault — the cause is often local and fixable.
Each tier has a minimum connection speed. If your line cannot sustain it, the service may buffer during busy periods regardless of what we do.
7. Compatibility and technical requirements
We publish the devices and apps we support. A device that is not on that list may work, but we cannot support it or promise that it will keep working after an app or firmware update.
You are responsible for meeting the technical requirements of your plan, including a device with the operating system version we list and a connection fast enough for the quality you have chosen.
8. Your responsibility
- Keeping your login details secure and telling us promptly if you think they have been compromised.
- Using the service within the simultaneous-device limit of your plan, as described in section 10 of the Terms & Conditions.
- Checking that you are entitled to view the content you access, and that your use is lawful where you are.
- Complying with the acceptable use rules in section 9 of the Terms & Conditions.
We do not verify whether a stream is authorised in your territory, we do not supply a VPN, and we do not advise on circumventing geo-restrictions. Using the service to reach content you are not entitled to see may breach a broadcaster’s terms or the law in your country.
9. External links
Where we link to another website, we do so because we think it may be useful. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse everything published on them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or privacy practices. Once you follow a link, their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
10. Reviews, testimonials and examples
Reviews, ratings and comments shown on this site come from subscribers or are reproduced from public sources. They describe one person’s experience at a particular time on a particular connection, and they are not a prediction of what you will experience.
Screenshots, channel names and logos are used to identify the service or a programme. They remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Affiliate and referral disclosure
If we earn a commission from a link on this site, we say so where the link appears. We do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review, and a commercial relationship does not buy a favourable description of a product.
12. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited as set out in section 17 of our Terms & Conditions. In short, we are responsible for the service we supply, but not for indirect or consequential losses, and not for events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Copyright and trade marks
The text, layout, design and graphics on this site belong to us or are used under licence. Channel names, logos and programme titles belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the content; their appearance here does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, our DMCA & Copyright Policy explains how to tell us and what we will do.
14. Changes to this disclaimer
We update this page when the service or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the last substantive revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
15. Contact
If anything here is unclear, ask us before you subscribe rather than after: email@iptvuk.click, or WhatsApp +33 6 44 65 07 83. Our contact page lists support hours and the fastest route for technical problems.
