DMCA & Copyright Policy

How rights holders can ask us to remove material, what a valid notice needs to contain, and what we commit to doing — and by when.

Last updated 23 October 2026  ·  Governed by the laws of England & Wales

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy explains how Bido TV (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles reports that material connected with iptvuk.click infringes copyright, related rights or trade marks. It describes what we will remove, the information we need from you, and how quickly we aim to act.

It should be read with section 15 (Intellectual property) and section 17 (Liability) of our Terms & Conditions, and with our Legal Centre for the other policies that apply to the service.

2. Our position on copyright

Bido TV is a subscription access service. We do not create, encode, host or originate the television channels and programmes that the service makes available. Those channels are produced and transmitted by third parties, and we have no control over what they broadcast at any given moment.

Our role is narrower: we publish a playlist and an electronic programme guide, and we provide the technical means to reach streams that already exist elsewhere. We do not claim ownership of any channel, programme, film, match, logo or mark that appears in a stream.

Where a rights holder believes a channel should not be listed in our guide, we will act on a properly documented notice. In most cases the effective and proportionate response is to remove or suspend that entry from the playlist, which we can do quickly.

3. What you can ask us to remove

We can act directly on material that we control:

  • text, images, layout and graphics published on iptvuk.click;
  • the selection and arrangement of our playlist and electronic programme guide;
  • our name, logo and marketing material;
  • reviews, comments or other content submitted by users of the site.

We cannot act directly on the contents of a broadcast. If your complaint concerns what a channel shows, the primary remedy available from us is removal of that channel from our listing. We will tell you plainly which of the two we are doing.

This policy does not cover the websites of third parties that we link to, or material posted on social platforms where we maintain a page. Those are handled under the relevant platform’s own reporting process.

4. Before you send a notice

A notice is a formal step, and a little preparation makes it much more likely to succeed first time. Before writing, please consider the following.

  • Are you the rights holder, or authorised to act for them? We may ask for evidence of that authority, particularly where an agent writes on behalf of a broadcaster.
  • Is the use permitted? UK law allows limited use for quotation, criticism, review, reporting current events, caricature, parody or pastiche, and where a licence covers the use. If your complaint concerns one of those, say so and we will weigh it.
  • Can you point to the exact entry? A channel name alone is often not enough, because similar names appear in different regions. A direct link, or the category and channel number in our guide, removes ambiguity.
  • Have you contacted the broadcaster? If the stream originates with a third party, they may be able to resolve the matter faster than we can.

5. What a notice must contain

To act on a notice we need enough information to identify the material and to be satisfied that you are entitled to complain. Please include all of the following.

  • your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  • identification of the work or other subject matter you say is infringed — title, channel name, and where possible a link to an authorised source so that we can verify it;
  • the exact URL, channel entry or page on iptvuk.click that you say infringes, described precisely enough for us to locate it without guesswork;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf;
  • your signature, typed or scanned;
  • where an agent is writing, the basis of that agent’s authority.

Notices that omit these details are difficult to assess, and we may have to ask you to resend them. We will tell you what is missing rather than simply closing the file.

6. Where to send a notice

Send notices by email to email@iptvuk.click with the subject line “Copyright notice — [channel or work]”. This address is monitored and gives us a dated record, which matters if the matter is later disputed.

WhatsApp on +33 6 44 65 07 83 is available for urgent contact, but it is not a suitable channel for a formal notice because attachments and message history are easily lost. Please follow up in writing.

Our postal address for legal correspondence is available on request by email. We do not publish a registered office on this page because it is not a service address for customer enquiries.

7. What happens after we receive a notice

StageWhat we do, and when
AcknowledgementWe confirm receipt and give you a reference for the file. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
AssessmentWe check that the notice is complete and that the listing you identified exists. We aim to finish this within 3 business days.
Interim actionWhere the complaint is clear on its face, we remove or suspend the listing while we assess it. This is normally inside 5 business days.
ResolutionWe confirm the outcome in writing, or ask for the missing information we need, usually within 10 business days.
DisputeIf we restore a listing, we tell you why, so you can escalate to the broadcaster or take advice. Explaining a decision happens on request.

These are targets, not guarantees. A notice that raises a novel point, or that concerns several hundred entries, will take longer. We will tell you if that happens rather than leaving you without an answer.

8. Counter-notification

If a channel you operate has been removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you hold a licence covering it, you can ask us to restore it. Write to the same address with the subject line “Counter-notice — [channel]” and include:

  • identification of the material that was removed and the date it was removed;
  • your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement, made honestly and in good faith, that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • evidence of your rights, such as a licence, a distribution agreement or a statement from the broadcaster;
  • your consent that we may share your counter-notice with the original complainant.

Where a counter-notice is properly made out, we may restore the listing after telling the original complainant. We will not restore material while court proceedings about it are pending or notified to us.

9. Repeat infringement

We keep a record of valid notices and of the accounts and channels they concern. Where an account or listing is the subject of repeated valid notices, we may suspend it permanently, and we may decline to supply the service to the person responsible.

Subscribers who use the service to record, redistribute or re-stream content, or to operate their own service, are dealt with separately under the acceptable use provisions of our Terms & Conditions.

10. Trade mark and brand complaints

The same address handles complaints about trade marks, passing off and brand misuse. Please include the registered mark and number, the goods or services it covers, the URL complained of, and an explanation of why you say the use is confusing or unauthorised.

We sometimes refer to third-party names and logos to identify a channel in our guide. We consider that descriptive, referential use legitimate, and we will not remove a channel name merely because a mark appears in it. Where a complaint identifies genuine confusion — for example, a page implying endorsement or partnership that does not exist — we will correct it.

11. Our own intellectual property

The design of this website, the text we write, our logo and graphics, and the selection and arrangement of our playlist and programme guide belong to us or are used under licence. You may not copy, scrape, republish or resell them, or use our brand in a way that suggests a connection you do not have.

Your subscription permits personal, non-commercial use of the service as described in the Terms & Conditions. It does not transfer any ownership of the material you watch or of the site itself.

12. Misuse of this process

The notice process exists to protect rights holders, and using it dishonestly causes real harm to the people whose listings are removed and to the subscribers who lose access.

We may decline to act on notices that are manifestly unfounded, abusive, or sent in bulk to harass a competitor, and we keep a record of them. A knowingly false statement in a notice can amount to a criminal offence and can give rise to a claim for damages, including for loss of business.

If you are unsure whether your complaint is well founded, take legal advice before sending it. We would rather answer a question first than receive a notice we have to reject.

Nothing in this section is intended to discourage a genuine complaint. If our assessment of your notice was wrong, tell us and we will look again.

13. Changes to this policy

We review this policy when the law changes or when our process does. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last substantive change.

If we change the address for notices or the information we require, we will say so clearly on this page rather than leaving an out-of-date process in place.

14. Contact

Copyright, trade mark and counter-notification correspondence: email@iptvuk.click.

General customer questions about the service belong with our support team, and the contact page is the fastest route. Please keep legal notices separate from support enquiries so that they reach the right person and can be dated accurately.
