Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a subscription and claiming a refund, explained plainly — including our 7-day money-back guarantee, how claims are assessed and how quickly you get paid.

Last updated 23 October 2026  ·  Governed by the laws of England & Wales

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Bido TV (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles cancellations, refunds and money-back claims for digital IPTV subscriptions purchased through iptvuk.click. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, of which it forms part, and our Privacy Policy.

This policy applies to consumer purchases of digital subscription access. It does not reduce or replace any statutory right you have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are summarised in section 14.

2. How our subscriptions work

Bido TV sells time-limited access to a streaming service. When you subscribe, you receive login credentials and a configured playlist for a fixed period — typically 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Access begins the moment your credentials are issued, not when you first log in.

Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund a period that has already started. Refunds are handled separately under the guarantee in section 3 or the goodwill provision in section 6.

3. Your 7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every new subscription. The guarantee covers genuine service faults: cases where the service does not work as described and we cannot resolve the problem for you. It is not a general “change of mind” window — section 6 explains the limited discretionary alternative.

To qualify, a claim must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 7 calendar days of the subscription being activated;
  • You give us a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and fix the fault;
  • The fault is reproducible on your connection and is not caused by your equipment, network or a third-party block (see section 5);
  • The account has not been used in a way that breaches our Terms & Conditions.

If a claim qualifies, we refund the full amount you paid for the affected subscription period. Where we can show the service was delivered as described and the problem lies outside our control, we will explain this in writing and offer a fix or a proportionate remedy instead of a refund.

4. Faults that qualify for a refund

The following are examples of faults we treat as qualifying, provided they persist after reasonable troubleshooting:

  • The service is unavailable for a sustained period that we cannot restore;
  • A material part of the advertised channel line-up is missing and cannot be added;
  • Playback fails systematically across multiple supported devices and networks;
  • Your credentials are invalid from the start and we cannot issue working replacements;
  • We are unable to provide the service at all for reasons on our side.

“Sustained” means an outage that continues after you have reported it and we have had a fair opportunity to respond — normally within 48 hours.

5. What the guarantee does not cover

We cannot refund where the problem is caused by something outside our service. This includes:

  • Your internet connection, Wi-Fi, router, ISP throttling or data caps;
  • Your device, app version or player configuration;
  • A device or app that does not support the required streaming formats;
  • Regional network or ISP-level blocks on streaming traffic;
  • Credentials that have been shared, resold or used on more devices than your plan allows;
  • Accounts suspended for breach of our Terms & Conditions;
  • A change of mind after the 7-day window has closed.

If we investigate and find the service working normally, we will tell you exactly what we found and help you get set up rather than simply close the ticket.

6. Change of mind — discretionary goodwill refunds

Outside the fault-based guarantee, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a goodwill refund for a change of mind reported within 7 days of activation, provided the account shows minimal use (for example, no sustained streaming) and has not been shared or resold.

A goodwill refund is not a contractual entitlement, is not available after 7 days, and may be reduced to account for any period already consumed. We confirm the outcome and the reason in writing, so you always know where you stand.

Important — immediate supply. Because access is granted immediately, you expressly ask us to begin supplying the service during the statutory cancellation period. By activating your subscription you acknowledge that the 14-day right to cancel is lost once supply has begun, as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not affect your rights if the service is faulty — see section 14.

8. How to request a refund

Email email@iptvuk.click or message us on WhatsApp at +33 6 44 65 07 83. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • The email address used at checkout, or your order number;
  • The subscription plan and the date it was activated;
  • A short description of the problem and when it started;
  • The device and app you are using, plus your approximate location;
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording if the fault is visual.

We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and aim to give you a decision within 5 business days of receiving the information above. If we need more detail, the clock pauses until we receive it.

9. What happens after you request a refund

We review the evidence, reproduce the fault where possible, and then either fix it, offer an alternative, or approve the refund. If we approve it, we confirm the amount and the method in writing before processing. If we decline it, we explain the reason and tell you how to escalate under section 14.

10. Refund processing times

StageTypical time
Acknowledgement of your requestWithin 2 business days
Decision once full information is receivedWithin 5 business days
Refund issued after approvalWithin 3 business days
Card refund visible on your statement5–10 business days (bank dependent)
PayPal or wallet refund visible1–3 business days

We can only refund to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, contact us and we will agree an alternative with you in writing.

11. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time by emailing email@iptvuk.click or messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not shorten or refund a period already paid for, unless a refund is separately approved under section 3 or section 6.

We confirm every cancellation in writing, including the date your access will end. If you do not receive a confirmation, your request has not been processed — please follow up before your renewal date.

Auto-renewal. Where your plan renews automatically, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. A renewal already charged is treated under this policy in the same way as a new subscription.

12. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Raising a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

If a chargeback is filed, we will provide the payment provider with the order record, delivery evidence and any support correspondence. If the chargeback is upheld against us, we may reclaim the amount and any associated fees, and close the account.

13. Accounts closed for breach

Subscriptions terminated because of a breach of our Terms & Conditions — including sharing, reselling or redistributing access, attempting to bypass technical restrictions, or abusive conduct towards our team — are not eligible for a refund, in whole or in part.

14. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Because our service is supplied immediately, the 14-day “cooling-off” cancellation right does not apply once supply has begun — but you do not lose your rights if the content is faulty.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently obliged to participate in ADR, but we will always tell you if that changes. You can also contact the Citizens Advice consumer service for free, independent advice.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, in our service or in how we handle claims. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Material changes are flagged here with a new “last updated” date, and where a change affects an active subscription we will notify you by email.
